Our Tiny House Pods are shipped as fully prefabricated whole units for instant on-site setup after delivery. Space-efficient models like Model A1 fit standard 40HQ containers. Larger A2 are loaded onto a 40FR flat rack. Reinforced lifting lugs are pre-installed on every unit for safe crane lifting and container loading.
All interior decor and fittings are pre-installed at the factory as requested, with pre-reserved electrical & plumbing ports. Only basic site prep is needed: level ground, pour 4–6 concrete footings or install steel bases, then lift the cabin with a crane. After placement, connect local water and power supplies directly. Installation manuals and tutorial videos are provided.

Built to house aging family members who require on-site care, granny pods are permanently installed in backyards on the same lot as the main primary residence.
Tiny homes, by contrast, is an umbrella term for all compact residential structures. Many tiny homes are built on wheeled trailers for nomadic lifestyles or off-grid self-sufficient living. These relocatable small dwellings cater to people seeking a low-footprint minimalist lifestyle, and they also serve as rental cabins or short-stay vacation accommodations.
That said, a tiny home can also be repurposed as a granny pod with proper accessibility modifications.
