Volferda luxury tiny houses feature 50mm polyurethane foam plus 50mm XPS extruded board wall insulation, enabling them to withstand extreme temperatures from -30°C frigid cold up to 40°C scorching heat. Perfectly suited for Canada, Russia and Nordic areas, the built-in air circulation system also allows the units to handle torching desert heat.
Shipped by 40HQ or 40FR Containers
Our luxury tiny houses are delivered as fully prefabricated one-piece units. This all-in-one shipment allows quick on-site installation upon arrival at your destination–a key advantage of choosing our products. Models such as the A1 that fit within standard 40HQ dimensional limits and are shipped via 40HQ containers. All our capsule houses are transported with 40FR flat racks. We equip each unit with extra lifting lugs to facilitate safe hoisting and loading into containers.
Delivered Ready for Installation
All interior finishes and furnishings are pre-fitted in our factory according to your requirements. Utility connection points for electricity and plumbing are reserved in advance. Before installation, you need to clear the land, construct 4–6 concrete footings or steel base supports, and arrange a crane to set the unit in place. Once positioned, simply hook up to local water and power supplies. Installation videos and instruction manuals are offered for your reference.
1-Year After-Sales Warranty
We provide a 1-year after-sales warranty. Free replacement parts will be supplied for factory defects such as faulty doors, windows and electrical malfunctions, excluding damage caused by improper human use.
