Model E8 is delivered fully furnished, including furniture, home appliances, SPC flooring, and a dry-and-wet separated bathroom, with every detail prepared. Once delivered, the E8 can immediately function as a move-in-ready home, private getaway cabin, or vacation rental unit for hospitality projects.
5mm Thick Steel Structure & Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Model E8 adopts a 5mm galvanized steel main frame, outperforming regular capsule houses. It minimizes deformation during lifting, transport and daily use. The electrostatic sprayed finish provides great anti-corrosion capability, ensuring stable operation across diverse outdoor conditions.
Reliable Thermal Insulation System
E8 delivers outstanding insulation with 50mm polyurethane foam and 6+15A+6 insulated glass. Paired with heating, air conditioning and robust aluminum panels, it maintains a steady indoor temperature of 25°C. It is ideal for glamping sites in snowy regions, deserts and remote forests.
How to Ship Capsule House E8?
Restricted by its 3.2m width and height, the E8 is delivered via 40FT flat rack containers, with one unit per container. Fitted with roof lifting lugs, it enables safe and easy hoisting during loading and on-site installation.
How to Install Capsule House E8?
No complex assembly is required for our pre-fitted E8 units. Start by constructing a level and firm base. Position the capsule with a crane, then complete water and electrical connections through dedicated onboard interfaces.

1.How long does your production take?
Our production cycle is about 45 days, and delivery usually takes 20 to 35 days. Total lead time is subject to holidays and actual shipping conditions.
2.ls it good for a winter time below -20?
Absolutely. Our capsule houses are engineered for cold climates and withstand temperatures as low as -30°C. Custom cold-resistant upgrades are offered for extreme environments. Multi-layer insulation and insulated pipes stop freezing, while reinforced aluminum panels, underfloor heating and air conditioning maintain a constant 25°C indoors. The high-performance thick glass also delivers excellent heat retention and sound insulation for a comfortable living experience.
3.What's the payment method?
We accept T/T. Please pay 50% deposit in advance for production, and settle the other 50% balance before shipment.
4.Is it delivered fully assembled, or do I have to put it together myself?
All units are completely pre-assembled before shipment. After delivery, simply use a crane to set it on the concrete foundation and connect water and power. No complicated assembly is required.
5.What are the guarantees and for how long?
We provide a 1-year warranty for our products.
