We ship the E5 model using 40ft flat rack containers, holding a single unit per container. Every capsule is pre-installed with lifting lugs on the roof, enabling safe and effortless crane handling on site.
How to Install Capsule House E5?
Our pre-assembled E5 capsule house can be installed with ease. Prepare a flat ground and solid foundation beforehand, then use a crane to set the capsule pod in place on the prepared base. Afterwards, link up water and power supplies through the built-in connection interfaces.

1.How long does your production take?
Production takes around 45 days. Transit generally lasts 20 to 35 days. Please note that the total time may be affected by holidays in China or your destination country, as well as shipping route conditions.
2.ls it good for a winter time below -20?
Yes. Our capsule houses are designed for cold regions and can handle temperatures down to -30°C. Custom cold-proof upgrades are available for extra harsh conditions. We adopt multi-layer thermal materials and insulated pipelines to prevent freezing. Thicker aluminum panels, electric underfloor heating and air conditioning keep indoor temperature steady at 25°C. The high-performance thick glass also provides great heat preservation and sound insulation for a cozy stay in cold weather.
3.What's the payment method?
We accept T/T payment. The terms are 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance prior to shipment.
4.Is it delivered fully assembled, or do I have to put it together myself?
It is fully pre-assembled before delivery. Upon arrival, you only need a crane to place it onto the concrete foundations, then connect to local water and electricity. No complex assembly work is required.
5.What are the guarantees and for how long?
We provide an 1-year warranty for our products.
