How to Install Capsule House E3?
Installation of our fully‑finished E3 capsule house is straightforward. You only need to prepare a level ground and stable footings. Lift and place the unit onto the pre‑prepared base with a crane, then simply connect to local water and electricity utilities via our pre‑reserved connection ports.

1.Do l need to install plumbing and electrical wire to correct it? And a concrete base?
All internal plumbing, drainage and electrical systems are pre‑installed in our capsule house. You only need to connect them to local water supply and power sources externally.A foundation is required if the site has uneven ground. If you have flat concrete ground ready, no extra foundation work is needed.
2.What is the total weight of the whole capsule house?
The fully‑furnished unit weighs approximately 4 tons.
3.Is the capsule house suitable for extreme cold temperatures from -10°C to -20°C? Does it have proper thermal insulation?
Our capsule houses are engineered for coldclimate use and can withstand temperatures as low as -30°C. Customized coldresistant upgrades are available for even harsher environments to maintain indoor warmth.
Our insulation system consists of metal interior panels, polyester plastic panels and highdensity polyurethane foam. Extra pipe insulation is applied to prevent water pipes from freezing in frigid weather. We use thicker exterior aluminum panels than most competitors, plus underfloor heating and air conditioning. The electric underfloor heating system maintains a steady indoor temperature of 25°C. Our industryleading thick glass further enhances thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring a comfortable living space under both normal and extreme cold conditions.

We provide complete official operation manuals, detailed construction drawings and installation tutorial videos for each unit. All water, electricity and sewage connection operations are simple, just like installing conventional household electrical appliances. A standard power adapter is applicable for use, while the adapter specifications can be customized to fit different national standards according to your local needs.
