Founded in 2013 and located in Foshan, Guangdong, China, VOLFERDA is dedicated to providing small accommodation solutions for hotels, resorts, glamping, B&Bs and personal living.
VOLFERDA is a prefabricated house manufacturer for R&D, production, sales and installation, with a total area of 40,000m² for the factory and showroom, and more than 100 employees. The factory has an ISO 9001 certified management system. We have developed many series of products, such as capsule house, apple cabin, expandable house, natural house etc., to meet the needs of different customers’ needs.
VOLFERDA breaks the traditional building practices, with unique shape, short construction period, unlimited terrain, suitable to be placed on the seashore, lakeside, mountains, deserts, etc. Our products are exported to Americas, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc, and we have landed many projects around the world.

Our 20,000m² outdoor showroom displays over 20 fully built prefab houses. Each unit is connected to electricity and water, furnished with beds, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, giving visitors a true experience of layout, comfort, and function.
Other factories only show indoor or unfinished products, our houses are installed outdoors and exposed to sun, wind, and rain for 2 years. This lets customers see how materials, structures, and finishes perform over time, helping them understand the durability and real-life quality of our expandable container houses before making a purchase decision.
